PERIODIC DISCLOSURE ON THE SHARE BUYBACK
10 - 14 AUGUST 2026
Rome (Italy), 19 August 2026 - Lottomatica Group S.p.A. ( LEI code 549300R72LKEGT4EX026 ), as part of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by Annual Shareholders’ Meeting held on 20 April 202 6, announces to have purchased - through its subsidiary GBO S.p.A. (LEI code 815600C3B9C7E6770028) - in the period between 10 August 2026 and 14 August 2026, no. 244,686 ordinary shares (equal to 0.097% of the outstanding ordinary shares) at an average price of Euro 24.4069 per share, for a total amount of Euro 5,972,023.39.
The transaction s follow the announcement made on 6 May 2026 about the launch of a share buyback program (the “ Program ”).
The transactions have been executed by Goldman Sachs International (LEI code W22LROWP2IHZNBB6K528 ), operating independently and without any influence from the issuer regarding the timing of the purchases.

Since the start of the Program, Lottomatica Group S.p.A. has purchased , directly and indirectly, through GBO S.p.A. , no. 3,900,499 ordinary shares (equal to 1.550% of the outstanding ordinary shares).
Considering the treasury shares already held in its portfolio, as of 14 August 2026, Lottomatica Group S.p.A. holds a total of no. 19,103,738 treasury shares, equal to 7.592% of the outstanding ordinary shares, of which no. 18,531,542 are held directly and no. 572,196 are held indirectly through GBO S.p.A. .
