OVS S.p.A. (OVS.MI) announces that, during the period between 17 August 2026 and 21 August 2026 , it purchased no. 17,429 ordinary shares on Euronext Milan (equal to 0.007% of the share capital) at an average price of 6.0139 Euro , for a total consideration of 104,816.68 Euro .
The transactions were carried out in implementation of the share buyback program launched on 1 June 2026, pursuant to the authorization approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 29 May 2026.
