PERIODIC DISCLOSURE ON THE PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES

Valsoia S.p.A. (EXM: VLS) announces that it has purchased on Euronext Milan, in the period between July 6, 2026 and July 10, 2026, 200 ordinary shares (equal to 0.0018% of the share capital) at an average unit price of 10.3000 euros for a total consideration of 2,060.00 Euros.
These transactions were carried out within the framework of the authorization for the purchase of own shares resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting of April 23, 2026, in implementation of the purchase program initiated on May 18, 2026 (already subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/99 and art. 132 of Legislative Decree no. 58/98).
