Stock Option Grant

The Company's Board of Directors has approved the grant of 4,200,000 stock options, (of which 1,075,000 are subject to approval of the Company's next annual general meeting), exercisable at $0.20 for a period of 5 years to officers and consultants. 4,000,000 stock options vest over a period of 4 years, with 25% vesting after 12 months and the balance vesting quarterly in equal tranches over the remaining 3 years.
