("Palace Capital" or the "Company")
PDMR/PCA Dealing
Palace Capital (LSE: PCA) announces the sale of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") from Lakestreet Capital Partners AG ("Lakestreet Capital") to Lakestreet Trading AG ("Lakestreet Trading"). The ultimate beneficial owner of the shares held by Lakestreet Trading is Lakestreet Capital, and therefore the total number of shares and voting rights controlled by Lakestreet Capital remains unchanged at 2,990,000 Shares.
Each of Lakestreet Capital and Lakestreet Trading are "persons closely associated" ("PCA") with Christian Kappelhoff-Wulf and Valentin Pierburg, directors of the Company, who are each considered to be "persons discharging managerial responsibility" ("PDMR") in relation to the Company for the purposes of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
