Patria secures a top position among Finland’s most attractive employers

Patria has strengthened its position among Finland’s most attractive employers in Universum’s 2026 Professional Survey.

The company was ranked as the third most attractive employer among engineering professionals, maintaining its position from the previous year. Among IT professionals, Patria improved its ranking from ninth to eighth place.

“It is great to see that Patria continues to be recognised as one of Finland’s most attractive employers. Many professionals value the opportunity to do meaningful work with a wider impact, and this result reflects the expertise, commitment and can-do attitude of our people. I want to thank everyone at Patria – together, we make a workplace where people can grow, succeed and make a difference every day,” says Leena Orpo, Chief Human Resources Officer at Patria.

Patria has experienced strong growth in recent years and continues to recruit professionals across a wide range of fields, including engineering, software development, manufacturing and business support functions.

In a market where skilled professionals are in high demand, Patria offers a unique combination of purpose, advanced technology and growth opportunities.

A total of 5,386 professionals from 48 industries responded to the Universum's 2026 Professional Survey, which was conducted from January to August 2026. The survey measures employer attractiveness among experienced professionals and is one of the most recognised employer branding studies in Finland.
