The company PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company), according to the law. 3556/2007, Regulation 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that, according to the 18.09.2026 transaction notification submitted by Tassopoulos Menelaos a liable person (CEO and member of the BoD of the Company), on 18.09.2026 acquired through the joint investment account controlled by him with the name "KEM TASSOPOULOS-KARATZA" 600.000 common shares with voting rights in Euronext Athens market via pre-arranged trade, at the price of  €3,50 per share.
