The company PAPOUTSANIS SA (the Company), according to the law 3556/2007, Regulation 596/2014 and the Athens Stock Exchange Regulation, each as applicable, informs the investing public that, according to the 18.09.2026 transaction notification submitted by Gatzaros Georgios, a liable person (President of the BoD of the Company), on 18.09.2026 sold 618.311 common shares with voting rights in Euronext Athens market pre-arranged trade, at the price of €3,50 per share.
