Outlet Group Holding ASA – Subscriptions for shares by primary insiders and close associates

Os, 15 September 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement, 14 September 2026, whereby Outlet Group Holding ASA ("Outlet Group" or the "Company") announced the terms of the initial public offering of shares in the Company (the "Offering"), and the resolution to apply for a listing of its shares on Euronext Oslo Børs (the "Listing", and together with the Offering, the "IPO").

- Brindo Holding AS, a closely associated enterprise of Christer Johan Jacobsen, CFO of Outlet Group Holding ASA, has subscribed for 30,303 shares

- Stargazer Invest AS, a closely associated enterprise of Bjørn Stian Bjoarvik, CMO of Outlet Group Holding ASA, has subscribed for 6,060 shares

- HAS AS, a closely associated enterprise of Harald Sylta, Chairman of the Board of Outlet Group Holding ASA, has subscribed for 45,454 shares

- Djupedalen AS, a closely associated enterprise of Hilde Drønen, Board Member of Outlet Group Holding ASA, has subscribed for 60,606 shares

- Jeanne Katralen Tjomsland, Board Member of Outlet Group Holding ASA, has subscribed for 12,121 shares

- Rasko Holding AS, a closely associated enterprise of Sara Behzadzadeh, Board Member of Outlet Group Holding ASA, has subscribed for 4,545 shares

- Fjellheim-Invest AS, a closely associated enterprise of Rune Fjellheim, Observer of the Board of Outlet Group Holding ASA, has subscribed for 15,151 shares

- CLS Invest AS, a closely associated enterprise of Christine Slåtten, Observer of the Board of Outlet Group Holding ASA, has subscribed for 18,181 shares

- Emma Kristin Sætra, Deputy Board Member of Outlet Group Holding ASA, has subscribed for 12,500 shares

- Investor Kolstø AS, a closely associated enterprise of Magnus Kolstø, Deputy Board Member of Outlet Group Holding ASA, has subscribed for 60,606 shares
