ILYDA’S STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP FOR ELECTRONIC INVOICING IN THE
UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE)
AND ACCREDITATION
OF RAVERA E-INVOICING SERVICES AS AN ACCREDITED SERVICE PROVIDER

ILYDA S.A. informs the investing public that “Ravera E-Invoicing Services FZCO” (hereinafter “RAVERA”), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE), with which ILYDA has entered into a strategic partnership agreement in the field of electronic invoicing, has been accredited by the UAE Ministry of Finance as an Accredited Service Provider (ASP) for electronic invoicing.
The accreditation was granted on the basis of the technology solution designed, developed and provided to RAVERA by ILYDA.
Under the agreement, ILYDA provides RAVERA with its electronic invoicing platform as a cloud service and undertakes all technical aspects of the project: the design, development, operation and maintenance of the solution; compliance with the technical requirements of the accreditation process; and second- and third-level technical support.
RAVERA is responsible for promoting and marketing the solution in the UAE, onboarding customers and providing first-level support.
ILYDA receives recurring subscription fees for its services.
Electronic invoicing is becoming mandatory in phases in the UAE, based on the Peppol network’s five-corner model and the PINT-AE format, with tax data transmitted simultaneously to the Federal Tax Authority.
Invoices are exchanged exclusively through Accredited Service Providers (ASPs).
The first implementation phase applies to businesses with annual turnover exceeding AED 50 million. They must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 30 October 2026 and implement electronic invoicing from 1 January 2027.
The second implementation phase applies to other businesses and begins on 1 July 2027; public-sector entities are to be onboarded from 1 October 2027.
ILYDA has a substantial presence in this field. It has been a certified electronic invoicing service provider in Greece for B2B and B2C transactions since September 2021, and is also a certified provider of electronic invoicing for public procurement (B2G) through Peppol. This experience has been built through the extensive production use of its Meg myDATA platform, which integrates with numerous ERP systems and commercial software applications in the Greek market. More than 160 software developers have already integrated their applications into production through the Meg myDATA platform API.
ILYDA’s experience in developing and operating electronic invoicing systems under a mandatory regulatory framework was a decisive factor in demonstrating the required technical and operational capabilities during the UAE accreditation process.
The successful completion of the UAE accreditation process marks a significant milestone in the international application of ILYDA’s expertise in electronic invoicing. It confirms the Company’s ability to draw on the experience and technology infrastructure it has developed in Greece to support similar projects in international markets.
