Oncopeptides to highlight clinical progress and present new data at the IMS Annual Meeting
STOCKHOLM – September 21, 2026 – Oncopeptides AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm: ONCO), a biotech company focused on difficult-to-treat cancers, today announces its participation in the 23rd International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting, taking place in Glasgow, Scotland, from September 23–26, 2026.
As the defining annual gathering in the myeloma field, the IMS congress provides an important platform for Oncopeptides to showcase significant corporate and clinical momentum achieved over the past year. Since the society's meeting last year, Oncopeptides has advanced across multiple fronts—accelerating commercial execution in Europe, expanding regional distribution through strategic partnerships, strengthening clinical evidence for Pepaxti (melflufen), and broadened the scope of its proprietary Peptide-Drug Conjugate (PDC) platform into new therapeutic indications such as glioblastoma.
For the congress, a poster evaluation titled: "Impact of prior Daratumumab or Isatuximab: an analysis of relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) patients treated with melflufen plus dexamethasone in the OP-106 HORIZON study" has been accepted. Led by prominent international investigators, the analysis explores clinical outcomes among heavily pretreated patients stratified by prior anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody exposure, offering further hypothesis-generating insights into treatment sequencing in modern clinical practice.

About Pepaxti
Pepaxti® (melphalan flufenamide, also called melflufen) has been granted Marketing Authorization, in the European Union, the EEA-countries Iceland, Lichtenstein and Norway, as well as in the UK. Pepaxti is indicated in combination with dexamethasone for the treatment of adult patients with multiple myeloma who have received at least three prior lines of therapies, whose disease is refractory to at least one proteasome inhibitor, one immunomodulatory agent, and one anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody, and who have demonstrated disease progression on or after the last therapy. For patients with a prior autologous stem cell transplantation, the time to progression should be at least 3 years from transplantation.
