On the change in AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" observation status

Nasdaq Riga Management board decided on Occtober 5, 2026, to make changes in the observation status applied to AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" (BAL1R, ISIN:LV0000100808).

AS "Amber Latvijas balzams" has submitted its annual report of 2025 with independent auditor's opinion both in Latvian and English, thus the circumstances that were the reason for observation status applied to the company on May 5, 2026, have ceased to exist.

The observation status applied on February 2, 2026, is still in force.
