On early redemption of DelfinGroup bonds (ISIN LV0000860146 and LV0000870145)

DelfinGroup will close the list of bond holders of its bonds (ISIN code LV0000860146, ticker DGRBFLOT26FB and ISIN code LV0000870145, ticker DGRBFLOT29FA) for early redemption on August 24, 2026.

Proceeding from the above, the bonds of DelfinGroup will be traded for the last day on August 19, 2026. According to the Nasdaq Riga Alternative Market First North rules Article 13.3., trading with DelfinGroup bonds will be suspended starting from August 20, 2026, until the redemption. 

The trading with DelfinGroup bonds will be terminated on August 25, 2026.
