As a result of the full exercise of the greenshoe option, which took place on 9.7.2026, the share capital of Alia Mentis S.p.A. amounts to Euro 1,538,461.50 and is represented by no. 30,769,230 ordinary shares, with no par value. Market: 9,230,769 ordinary shares, equal to 30.0% of the share capital.
