Nasdaq Tallinn decided on August 7, 2026 to apply an additional reason for applied observation status to Primostar Group shares (PRIMO, ISIN EE3100152224) based on the section 40.2.2.6. of First North Rules.
Primostar Group notified the termination of the contract with the certified advisor on April 29, 2026. More than 3 months have passed since the end of contract, but Primostar Group has not notified the conclusion of a new contract with the certified advisor.
The purpose of using the observation status is to draw the attention of market participants to the aforementioned circumstances.
The observation status applied to the company on July 1, 2026 is still in force.
