Observation status applied to UAB REFI Energy

Nasdaq Vilnius decided to apply observation status to UAB REFI Energy(order book short name REFIE080027FA, ISIN code of the bonds LT0000133381).

The observation status is assigned to UAB "REFI Energy" due to the reason that shareholders’ equity of UAB "REFI Energy" is lower than ½ of the authorized capital of the Company as required by the Law on Companies of the Republic of Lithuania.
