OAF and Pulsin Update
Tooru, the AIM listed company focused on the branded health and wellness sector, is pleased to provide an update on OAF and Pulsin.
Highlights
OAF
· Record week-on-week retail sales momentum, evidenced by EPOS data, underpinning continued brand strength across the OAF range.
Pulsin
· Trading recovery on track following 2025 supply constraints, with significant revenue growth forecast over the next two quarters.
· New listings secured with TK Maxx (UK-wide) and Holland & Barrett (new Keto flavours and Keto Multipack), plus three international distributor agreements.
· Multiple new product lines launching across Kids, Keto and Functional (Gut Health) ranges, with further launches targeted for Q4 2026.
· Improving margins due to input cost improvements across ingredients and packaging.
OAF
OAF has delivered record week-on-week retail sales, as evidenced by EPOS (electronic point of sale) data from key retail partners. The Board views this as a strong indicator of accelerating consumer demand and growing shelf productivity for the brand.
Pulsin
Pulsin continues to recover following the production and stock constraints experienced in late 2025. Revenue is rebuilding from that position, with significant growth expected over the next two quarters as new listings and product launches are rolled out.
Several new products lines are in progress or launching imminently:
· Nut-free plant-based bars: a new range of five completely nut-free, plant-based bars aimed at children aged three and over.
· Gut Health Bars: three new bars with probiotic properties, to be added to the new Functional range.
· Keto Multipack redesign: bar weight increased from 30g to 35g per bar.
The brand's strategic focus has been narrowed to three core categories - Keto, Protein and Functional - with a further pipeline of products in development, targeted for launch in Q4 2026.
Over the last six months, Pulsin has worked with both existing and new suppliers to improve input pricing on ingredients and packaging, with the benefit passed through via improved margin.
Good progress is also being made in terms of new listings and distribution.
Domestic:
· New Keto flavours launching exclusively with Holland & Barrett (UK) across all existing stores by the beginning of September 2026.
· Keto Multipack listing due with Holland & Barrett by the end of September 2026.
· TK Maxx has listed Pulsin products across all UK stores, with the first order due on shelves from the start of August 2026.
· Range reviews are ongoing with both domestic and international customers as part of the wider listing negotiation process.
International:
· Three international distributors have agreed to list the new Kids Nut-Free Bar, Keto Multipacks and Gut Bars.
· A new distributor in the Netherlands will launch the Keto bar range in the new 35g format in Q3 2026, alongside other existing SKUs.
Outlook
The Board is encouraged by the positive trading momentum across the Group. OAF's strong EPOS performance complements Pulsin's continued recovery, with significant revenue growth expected over the next two quarters, supported by new product launches, expanded distribution and additional retail listings. The Board looks forward to updating shareholders on further progress in due course.
Scott Livingston, CEO, said:
"We are seeing encouraging momentum across the Group, with strong EBITDA delivery, growing revenues and excellent progress from both Juvela and OAF. OAF's expansion into major retailers and Pulsin's return to growth demonstrate the strength of our brands and the opportunities ahead. Going forward, we firmly believe that the Group is well positioned to accelerate growth and continue building value across the portfolio. We remain excited about the opportunities in front of us as we progress through 2026."
