The number of shares and votes in EQT AB (publ) (“EQT”) has increased by 80,360,882 shares and votes as a result of the combination with Coller Capital, the completion of which was announced on 31 August 2026. As part of the consideration, EQT has issued 80,360,882 new ordinary shares to Coller Capital’s selling shareholders. The share capital has increased by 8,211,332.95 SEK to SEK 133,546,499.29.
