KID UPDATE FOR "WARRANT SOGES GROUP S.P.A. 2024-2027" NOTIFIED TO CONSOB
Florence, July 10, 2026 – SOGES GROUP S.p.A. (hereinafter "SOGES GROUP" or the "Company"), an SME active in the hospitality and conference sector within prestigious properties, operating under its own brand Place of Charme and in white label with international brands, announces that it has notified, today, the competent offices of Consob, of the update of the KID ("Key Information Document") relating to the Warrants issued by the Company, named "Warrant SOGES GROUP S.P.A. 2024-2027" – ISIN code IT0005597551, as required by art. 4-decies of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance), by Regulation (EU) No 1286/2014 and by the related implementing provisions.
The KID is a concise and standardized information document prepared with the aim of presenting the characteristics of the product in an easily accessible and understandable way for the investor, based on the European Regulation on PRIIPs (Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products), to allow comparability between different products and increase the transparency of information for these instruments.
The Company reserves the right to supplement and/or amend the published KID, also based on any guidelines that may subsequently be issued by the competent Supervisory Authorities. The KID and the Warrant Regulations are available at the registered office and on the website www.soges-group.com, in the "Governance/Warrant" section.
