Notification on Material Event: The sole shareholder of UAB "Valstybės investicinis kapitalas", the Ministry of Finance, revoked the previous decision regarding the transfer of shares to the National Development Bank

UAB "Valstybės investicinis kapitalas" hereby informs about the decision adopted by Order No. 1K-289 of the Minister of Finance on 23 September 2026 to abandon previous intentions to transfer the shares of UAB "Valstybės investicinis kapitalas" to the National Development Bank (ILTE). It has been definitively decided to maintain a separate company and assign it unique tasks in investing capital into strategic national projects and the defense sector.
