PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGIES S.A. announces, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse, for the information of the investing public, that Mr. Andreas Kiagias, Executive Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, pursuant to his notification to the Company dated 9.25.2026, proceeded on 9.222026 with the sale of 5,733 common registered shares of the Company, with a total value of 58,875.00 euros and an average price of 10.27 euros per share for his own account.
