In connection with the public offering of 2,450,000 (excluding over-allotment) ordinary bearer shares with no par value (“Shares”) of SMAG Mobile Antenna Masts AG, Windmühlenbergstraße 20-22, 38259 Salzgitter, Federal Republic of Germany (ISIN: DE000A42FR12; WKN: A42FR1; ticker symbol 1SMA) at an offer price of EUR 46.00 per Share, Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland Limited acted in the capacity of stabilisation manager. Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland Limited, registered with the Irish Companies Registration Office under registration number 279126, with its business address at 23 St. Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2, D02 AR55, Ireland, has, in its capacity as stabilisation manager, in connection with the public offering and the inclusion of the Shares to trading on the Open Market (Freiverkehr) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse) (Scale segment), during the period from 13 July 2026 up to and including 15 July 2026 (the “Stabilisation Period”)

carried out the following stabilisation measures:
