Jumbo SA announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007, that "The Capital Group Companies, Inc." announced to the company on 07.07.2026 that the direct participation in “Jumbo SA”, has decreased below the 5% limit as of July 6th, 2026.
According to the above mentioned announcement, on July 6, 2026, "The Capital Group Companies, Inc." was indirectly the owner of 6.703.346 voting rights of “JUMBO SA” or 4,99% while the position of previous notification was 5,05%.

Neither CGC nor any of its affiliate’s own shares of the company for its own account. Rather, the shares reported on the Notification are owned by accounts under the discretionary investment management of one or more of the investment management companies described above.
