NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE IN MAJOR HOLDING
ALPHA TRUST HOLDINGS S.A. (the “Company”) informs the investors, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following relevant notification received, that on 24.08.2026, the shareholder “ALPHA BANK S.A.”, as a result of the completion of the procedure for exercising the squeeze-out right over all shares of the Company (in accordance with Article 27 of Law 3461/2006), acquired 69,324 shares - voting rights and consequently its shareholding increased to 100% of the Company's total share capital and voting rights.
