With reference to Section 30 of the Danish Capital Market Act, NKT A/S has received a major shareholder notification from BlackRock, Inc., regarding an increase in its aggregate position in NKT A/S.
According to the notification, BlackRock, Inc.’s aggregate position has increased from 5.94% to 8.46% of the share capital and voting rights in NKT A/S. The current position comprises 8.00% of the voting rights attached to shares and 0.46% through financial instruments.
The notification further states that the aggregate position attributed to BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, a controlled undertaking of BlackRock, Inc., has exceeded the 5% notification threshold and now holds an aggregate position corresponding to 5.02% of the share capital and voting rights in NKT A/S. This position is included in BlackRock, Inc.’s aggregate position stated above and comprises 4.76% of the voting rights attached to shares and 0.25% through financial instruments.
