Notification of change in major holdings / voting rights

The company "SIDMA STEEL S.A." (the "Company"), pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and following a relevant notification received today, July 14, 2026, hereby informs the investing public of the following:

Following a transaction that took place on Thursday, July 9, 2026, the percentage of voting rights held by the shareholder "BITROS S.A." changed as follows:

• The shareholder held 3,395,556 common registered shares, corresponding to a percentage of 25.00% of the Company's total voting rights. Following the disposal of 40,000 shares, the shareholder now holds 3,355,556 common registered shares with an equal number of voting rights. Its new participation rate stands at 24.7055% of the Company's total share capital and voting rights, thus falling below the critical threshold of 25%.
