Notification of Appointment of Market Maker

QUALITY & RELIABILITY S.A. (the “Issuer”), whose shares are listed on Euronext Athens, hereby informs the investing public that the competent Committee of Euronext Athens has approved VIGOR FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A., a Member of Euronext Athens, to act as Market Maker in respect of the Issuer’s shares, with a view to enhancing their liquidity, and has set Monday, 20 July 2026 as the commencement date of the market-making activity.

In accordance with the provisions of the Euronext Athens Rulebook, the Issuer has entered into a market-making agreement with VIGOR FINANCE INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A., pursuant to which the latter will submit simultaneous buy and sell orders, for its own account, in respect of the Issuer’s shares through the Euronext Athens Trading System.

The market-making agreement has a term of one (1) year commencing on the date on which the market-making activity begins.
