The following Covered Bonds issued by Nationwide Building Society (the Society) have today (19 August 2026) been admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange plc:
· EUR 150,000,000 3.812 per cent. Series 2026-08 Regulated Covered Bonds due 19 August 2043 (XS3475946524) (the Covered Bonds)
The Covered Bonds are issued under the Society's €45,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme (the Programme) pursuant to the Base Prospectus dated 12 June 2026 (the Base Prospectus) as supplemented by the supplementary prospectus dated 21 July 2026 (the Supplement), read together with the Final Terms dated 18 August 2026 relating to the Covered Bonds (the Final Terms). Full information on the Society and the offer of the Covered Bonds is only available on the basis of the Base Prospectus as supplemented by the Supplement, read together with the Final Terms.
