Enento Group Plc (“Enento”) has on 8 October 2026 received an announcement under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the holding of Long Path Partners LP has decreased below the threshold of 5 percent on 7 October 2026.
According to the notification, the indirect aggregate holdings of Long Path Partners in Enento amounted to 1,156,558 shares, corresponding to 4.88 percent of Enento’s total shares.
