Notice to Security Holders pursuant to the Terms and Conditions
UniCredit Bank GmbH Tracker Open End Certificate on the UC European Banks Index with ISIN DE000HB38KX9 (the “Securities”)
UniCredit Bank GmbH , Issuer of the Securities, makes use of its Regular Call Right according to § 5 of the Special Conditions of the Securities (the “Terms and Conditions” ) and herewith redeems, in whole, the Securities on 30 October 2026 (the “Call Date” , i.e. the Payment Date) at the “Redemption Amount” . The Redemption Amount will be determined by the Calculation Agent on 23 october 2026 (the “ Observation Date ”) as follows:
Redemption Amount = max (Relevant Reference Price ; 0) x Ratio
and will be paid on the Call Date in accordance with § 6 of the Special Conditions of the Securities . The “Relevant Reference Price” means the Closing Price on the Observation Date. All terms not defined in this notice shall have the same meaning as in the Conditions of the Securities.
