Milan, October 7 , 2026 – Further to the Press Release issued today regarding the change in the share capital and in the total number of voting rights (issuance of 14,914 Webuild shares carrying 14,914 voting rights), and taking into account the registration in the Loyalty Voting R egister of 1,784,636 Webuild shares held by shareholder Pietro Salini, set out below is the list of Webuild S.p.A. shareholders holding an interest exceeding 3% of the total voting rights who have request ed and obtained registration in the list for the achievement of the increased voting right .
