NOTICE ON THE LAUNCH AND CONCLUSION
OF THE OWN SHARE PURCHASE PROGRAMME FOR A TOTAL AMOUNT OF EURO 7 MILLION TO SERVICE
EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PLANS
Milan , 15 September 2026 – Following up on the press release of 14 September 2026 , Banco BPM – pursuant to Art. 2, paragraph 3, of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 , as well as in compliance with art. 41, paragraph 2, letter c) of the Issuers’ Regulation – declares to have purchased today a total number of 436,880 own shares on Euronext Milan (equal to 0.03% of the ordinary shares in circulation) at the average unit price of EU R 16.022695 , for a total equivalent value of EUR 6,999,994.99 , as part of the share purchase programme to service employee incentive plans, executed pursuant to the shareholders’ resolution of 16 April 2026 , announced to the market on the same date (the “Programme”).
Reported below, in aggregated form, are the Banco BPM share purchase transactions (ISIN IT0005218380) carried out today .

As of this date , following the transactions indicated above, Banco BPM has concluded the Programme and, considering the own shares already held in the portfolio upon the launch of the Programme ( 9,341,227 ), directly owns 9,778,107 own shares, equal to 0.65% of the share capital.
