Investor Meet Company Presentation to be Held Ahead of AGM
Unanimous Board Recommendation to VOTE FOR Resolutions 1 to 15
And VOTE AGAINST the Saba Resolutions 16 and 17
Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc ('GSF' or 'The Company'), announces that ahead of its 2026 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'), to be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, 16 September at the offices of Stephenson Harwood LLP, 1 Finsbury Circus, London EC2M 7SH, the Chair of the Board, Angus Gordon Lennox, will host a live presentation via the Investor Meet Company on Tuesday, 1 September 2026 at 11:00 am BST.
The presentation will set out the Board's unanimous recommendation to VOTE AGAINST the Saba resolutions to protect Shareholder value. Shareholders will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
The presentation is open to all existing and potential Shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until Monday, 31 August 2026, 9:00 am BST, or at any time during the live presentation.
