Rome, July 22nd, 2026 As provided by the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, Iccrea Banca S.p.A.
announces that, having received the approval from the relevant c ompetent authority, it will exercise its Call O ption to redeem the Notes in full on the Optional Redemption Date (Call) specified in the Final Terms , being 20 September 2026 .
The early redemption of the Notes will be at par, plus any interest accrued up to the Redemption Date (excluded).
Please note that, pursuant to the Following Business Day Convention , payment will be made on the first business day following the Redemption Date , being 21 September 2026.
