Cavriago (RE ), August 20, 2026 – Landi Renzo S.p.A. announces that the following documentation has been made available to the public at the registered office , on the Company’s website (www.landirenzogroup.com, Investors section ) and on the “eMarket Storage” storage mechanism
(www.emarketstorage.com):
• notice of call of the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Landi Renzo S.p.A.
for October 1 , 2026, at 10:00 a.m., in a single session ;
• reports of the directors of Landi Renzo S.p.A. prepared pursuant to Article 125-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (“TUF”) and Articles 84 -ter and 72 of the regulations adopted by Consob Resolution No. 11971 of 1999 (“ Issuers’ Regulations ”);
• proxy and sub -proxy form and voting instructions for the Designated Representative , pursuant to Article 135-undecies of the TUF.
