Cavriago (RE), September 25, 2026 – Landi Renzo S.p.A. announces that the following documentation has been made available to the public at the registered office, on the Company’s website (www.landirenzogroup.com, Investors section) and on the “eMarket Storage” storage mechanism
(www.emarketstorage.com):
notice of call of the ordinary and extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Landi Renzo S.p.A.
for October 26, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., in a single session;
report of the directors of Landi Renzo S.p.A. prepared pursuant to Article 125-ter of Legislative Decree 58/1998 (“TUF”) and Articles 84-ter and 72 of the regulations adopted by Consob Resolution No.
11971 of 1999 (“Issuers’ Regulations”);
proxy and sub-proxy form and voting instructions for the Designated Representative, pursuant to Article 135-undecies of the TUF.
