Notice of Annual General Meeting
Powerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE),a company pioneering integrated technology that converts non-recyclable waste into low carbon energy alongside its revenue-generating engineering consultancy division Engsolve, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will shortly be posted to shareholders. The Company's AGM will be held at 2.00 p.m. on 3 September 2026 at the Garraway Room, 1 Cornhill, London EC3V 3ND.

Voting
A form of proxy for use in connection with the AGM is included in the circular notifying shareholders of the AGM. Shareholders are requested to complete, sign and return the form of proxy in accordance with the instructions printed on it, to the Company's registrars Neville Registrars Limited, Neville House, Steelpark Road, Halesowen, B62 8HD, as soon as possible. The form of Proxy must be received by 1 September 2026 at 2.00 p.m., being 48 hours before the AGM (excluding any day or part of a day that is not a working day). If you hold your shares in the Company through CREST, you may use the electronic proxy appointment service.
If shareholders would like to vote on the proposed resolutions, shareholders are able to appoint a proxy in one of the following ways:
• Via the CREST electronic proxy appointment service (for CREST members); or
• By completing the enclosed form of proxy in the notification of AGM circular and returning it to the Company's registrars Neville Registrars Limited (address as above), as soon as possible. The form of Proxy must be received by 1 September 2026 at 2.00 p.m., being 48 hours before the AGM (excluding any day or part of a day that is not a working day); or
· Emailing the completed form of proxy to info@nevilleregistrars.co.uk. The form of Proxy must be received by 1 September 2026 at 2.00 p.m., being 48 hours before the AGM (excluding any day or part of a day that is not a working day).
Shareholders who hold their shares through an investment platform provider or nominee are encouraged to contact their investment platform provider or nominee as soon as possible to arrange for their votes to be lodged for each of the Resolutions as laid out in the circular sent to shareholders. Please note: customers of online share ownership platforms may have voting deadlines earlier than 1 September 2026.
