Update on Bank Facility
Kromek (AIM: KMK), a leading developer of radiation and bio-detection technology solutions for the advanced imaging and CBRN detection segments, gives notice of its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) and publication of annual report, announces directorate changes and provides an update on its bank facility.

The Group’s AGM will be held at 9.30am on Friday 23 October 2026 in the Kromek ‘Biosecurity’ Boardroom at Explorer 1 Building, North East Technology Park (NETPark), Thomas Wright Way, Sedgefield, County Durham, TS21 3FF.
The notice of AGM and form of proxy, alongwith the Group’s annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 April 2026, have been published on the ‘Company Documents & Reports’ page in the Investor Relations section of the Group’s website at https://investors.kromek.com/company-documents. The documents are being posted today to those shareholders who have requested paper communications.
Directorate changes
Kromek announces that Chris Wilkes, who has served as Non-Executive Director since 2017, will be retiring from the Board and Jane Pearce will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the AGM. Jane will assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee.
Jane, who is a qualified chartered accountant, brings significant senior level financial markets experience to the Board. She spent a number of years as a Technology Equity Analyst and as an Equity Strategist at leading investment banks in the City of London, including HSBC, Lehman Brothers and Nomura International. She is currently Chair of Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited and a Non-executive Director of Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited, Morgan Stanley & Co International plc and Polar Capital Technology Trust, a FTSE 100-listed investment trust where she chairs the Audit Committee.
Update on bank facility
Further to its final results announcement of 14 September 2026, the Group is pleased to confirm that it has finalised an agreement for a £3.0m expansion to its revolving credit facility (“RCF”) with HSBC. The increased RCF facility will be used to support and assist working capital requirements.

In CBRN detection, the Group provides nuclear radiation detection solutions to the global homeland defence and security market. Kromek's compact, handheld, high-performance radiation detectors, based on advanced scintillation and solid-state readout technology, are primarily used to protect critical infrastructure, events, personnel and urban environments from the threat of 'dirty bombs'.
The Group is also developing bio-security solutions in the CBRN detection segment. These consist of fully automated and autonomous systems to detect a wide range of airborne pathogens.
Kromek is listed on AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange, under the trading symbol 'KMK'.
