Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM
Mulberry, the British sustainable lifestyle brand, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 28 March 2026 (the "Annual Report") is available on its website at www.mulberry.com/gb/investor-relations/reports and has been posted to applicable Company shareholders.
The Annual Report contains a notice (the "Notice") of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM") which will be held on 9 September 2026 at 11.00 a.m.at 30 Kensington Church Street, London W8 4HA.
Mulberry shareholders are invited to attend in person should refer to the Notice for more information.
Directorate Changes
Steven Grapstein, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Christophe Cornu, Independent Non-Executive Director, have notified the Company of their intentions to step down from the Board following the conclusion of the AGM. Neither are seeking re-election at the AGM.
Mr Grapstein and Mr Cornu have been non-executive directors of the Company for 22 years and 13 years respectively and the Board would like to express its sincere thanks for their important contributions to the Company over this extended period. The Board wishes them both well for the future.
The Board is currently concluding an extensive search for suitable new independent non-executive directors and expects to make a further announcement in this regard shortly.
