Both documents have been posted to shareholders and are also available online in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at www.sysgroup.com.
The Company's AGM will be held at 10:00 a.m. on 17 September 2026 at WeWork, Dalton Place, 29 John Dalton Street, Manchester, M2 6FW.
