and a copy submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting is available on the Company's website, www.babcockinternational.com, together with the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2026, and will shortly be posted to Shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.
