Satsuma Technology PLC (LSE: SATS) announces it will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 10.00 a.m. on 20 October 2026 at the offices of Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG, and will be posting Forms of Proxy to shareholders today.
