Notice of a General Meeting
to be held on 29 September 2026
The Board of Directors of Econocom Group SE has decided to convene a General Meeting to be held on 29 September 2026 at 12 p.m., at the Company's registered office Place du Champ de Mars 5, 1050 Brussels, in order to vote in particular on:
- the appointment of Mr Quentin Bouchard as director of Econocom Group SE, for a term of 4 years, with immediate effect and ending at the close of the annual general meeting to be held in 2030;
- the appointment of Mr Israel Garcia as director of Econocom Group SE, for a term of 4 years, with immediate effect and ending at the close of the annual general meeting to be held in 2030.
In order to participate in the General Meeting, the Company's shareholders must comply with articles 28 and 29 of the Company's articles of association and fulfil the formalities described in the convening notice.
