Mailing of Notice of 2026 Annual Meeting
MYCELX Technologies Corporation (AIM: MYX), a leading provider of proprietary water treatment technology to the Oil and Gas and other industries worldwide, announces that, following the mailing to shareholders on 16 June 2026 of the Company's 2025 Annual Report, the Notice of 2026 Annual Meeting is today being mailed to shareholders.
Copies have been placed on the Company's website at www.mycelx.com. Copies will also be available free of charge from the Company's headquarters at 1650 International Court, Suite 100, Norcross, Georgia, USA 30093 for a period of at least one month.
Annual Meeting
As previously announced, the Company's 2026 Annual Meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. (BST) on Thursday 17 September 2026 at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.
