Milan, October 1st, 2026 EQUITA Group S.p.A. (the “Company”) announces that following the renounce to increase in voting rights on Company’s shares owned by one shareholder, the total amount of voting rights has changed from 7 2,223,837 to 72,201 ,337. The composition of the Company’s share capital (fully paid -in), in terms of number of shares and voting rights, is the following :
