Notice about the adjustment criteria related to the Pirelli special dividend – SeDeX
market
The present notice is to be read jointly with the notice containing the adjusted data for the impacted ISINs for TURBO OPEN END and LEVA FISSA certificates issued by Société Générale Effekten .
DESCRIPTION
Pirelli announced an extraordinary dividend EUR 0.10 The Ex -Date is 20/07/2026 .
ADJUSTMENT CRITERIA
The K factor specified in the notice is for reference only; it will not be applicable in this case for LEVA FISSA and TURBO OPEN END certificates .
The adjustment will be made as follows:
I) TURBO OPEN END: pursuant to par. 2.2.b) of the Product -Specific Terms in the Final Terms, for the turbo open end long, an amount of EUR 0.074 (equal to the net dividend amount, considering a withholding tax of 26%) will be deducted from the values of the Strikes and Barriers applicable as of the Ex -Date; for the turbo open end short, an amount of EUR 0.10 (equal to the gross dividend amount) will be deducted from the values of the Strikes and Barriers applicable as of the Ex -Date;
II) LEVA FISSA: pursuant to paragraph 2.3 of the Product -Specific Terms in the Final Terms, the component relating to the special dividend ( equal to EUR 0.074 – the net dividend amount - for the long products and to EUR 0.10 – the gross dividend amount - for the short products) will be computed in the calculation of the Dividend Adjustment Amount, to be added to the prices of the underlying on the Ex -Date.
