Norwegian Block Exchange AS – Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 14 July 2026 – Vegard Kristiansen, primary insider and board member of Norwegian Block Exchange AS, has sold a total of 341,657 shares in the Company through the following transactions:

* 140,000 shares at a price of NOK 0.594 per share on 7 July 2026; * 150,000 shares at a price of NOK 0.617 per share on 8 July 2026; * 34,122 shares at a price of NOK 0.610 per share on 9 July 2026; and * 17,535 shares at a price of NOK 0.620 per share on 10 July 2026.

Following these transactions, Kristiansen’s total holding in the Company is 33,074,264 shares.
