North Energy ASA ("North Energy" or "Company") recorded a comprehensive income of NOK 11.0 million in the second quarter of 2026 compared to a comprehensive income of NOK 8.0 million in the same quarter last year. The income reported this quarter is mostly driven by positive results from associated companies of NOK 20.0 million, partly offset by operating expenses of NOK 4.4 million, negative change in fair value of financial investments of NOK 3.3 million, and net finance expenses of NOK 1.2 million.
As per first half of 2026, North Energy reported a comprehensive loss of NOK 17.0 million compared to a loss in the first half of 2025 of NOK 1.3 million.
At the end of the second quarter of 2026, North Energy's Net Asset Value (NAV) was NOK 332.2 million. NAV decreased by NOK 180.1 million (-34.1%) from last quarter and decreased by NOK 241.6 million (-41.0%) from the same quarter last year, adjusted for dividends paid.
