Reference is made to the press release dated 1 July 2026. The sale of properties from Norske Skog Saugbrugs to Norsk Nukleær Dekommisjonering (NND) was completed in the third quarter of 2026 following a significant effort from both parties. The proceeds of NOK 770 million from the sale will be recognised as receivable on 30 September 2026 until received from the settlement agent in October.
