Norsk Titanium AS: Registration of supplemental prospectus and extension of subscription period

Oslo, Norway, 21 July 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Norsk Titanium AS (the "Company") on 8 July 2026 regarding the registration of a national prospectus in connection with a subsequent offering, as described herein (the "Prospectus"). Reference is also made to the announcement by the Company on 16 July 2026 regarding a purchase order from Hittech.

Following the purchase order from Hittech, the Company has prepared a supplemental prospectus, in accordance with Securities Trading Act chapter 7 (the "Supplemental Prospectus"). The information contained in the Supplemental Prospectus shall be considered as an integral part of the Prospectus, and is to be read together with, the Prospectus.

The Supplemental Prospectus has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (the "NRBE") today and will be made available at the managers' websites (www.arctic.com/offerings) and (www.paretosec.com/transactions).

In accordance with rules and regulations, the subscription period is extended to Thursday 23 July 2026 at 16:30 CEST. Subscribers who have subscribed for shares prior to publication of the Supplemental Prospectus have a right to withdraw their subscription until that date. Notices of allocation are expected to be sent out on or about 24 July 2026. Payment date will be 28 July 2026.

The Supplemental Prospectus is an addition to the national prospectus (Nw. nasjonalt prospekt) and neither the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (Nw. Finanstilsynet) nor any other public authority has carried out any form of review, control or approval of the Prospectus.
